april 08, 2009: Hiatus is getting over
In the past weeks I had no time to work on the videos. That happened because I was very busy recording vocals, finalizing guitar, piano, whatever tracks for Kill the Human Being, my band's album. I also did a first mix.
Many of people sent me emails asking about new videos, if I was "given up" the project. No, no no! That was just a unplanned short break. I am strongly into the project, but for the past month I had to let it a little bit aside to work on my life's project.
My plan is to start releasing more videos in the next weekend (april's 11th), and the plan to release the physical copy stands still, the previous announced date is still the same (2nd quarter of this year). So don't worry, everything is on plan and you WILL have a What You've Become in digital, DVD and Blu-Ray format in your home.
For the ones who have interest in known how my band sounds, you can listen 10 songs in our MySpace page and download this first release here.
The download will be opened without any registration until sunday april's 12th. In monday we will update the entire website, so you will need to register or just leave an e-mail, just like any other band, including NIN, does.
Thanks for everyone who asked and who are waiting for more videos. You will not be disappointed.

Due to some technical mistakes on our three videos for Ghosts (21, 28 and 29), our Control Quality area told us to remove them from YT and re-upload, and then they spanked us to death. And I must say: it hurts.
So we did it. Now we have three fresh and improved videos for these songs, plus Piggy.

It's been a long time since last update, I know... Don't beat me up, ok?
Two weeks after the last update we rise from the land of the dead to bring three songs. Now it's time for Gave Up, The Warning and Vessel.
There are some points I think we need to consider in this update: for this first edit we are using only cams from the Sacramento show, which means that some songs have only 3 or 4 available cameras, so this is the reason for the crap edition on some songs, mainly Gave Up. I love this song and I see that the final project WILL NEED more cams to complete a pro edition.
If you are thinking "hmmmm... Will I need to buy this shit to watch the final versions?" I say "no". I'm working with the Sacramento cams because, at this time, it is everything I have in hands to work with. I've already started downloading additional cams for some parts of the show, they will be added on the edit in the near future and we will put Gave Up version 2 for online viewing and downloading.
You will have to buy "the thing" in one of these cases:
1. If you want
2. If you don't have enough band to download the final image disc (ISO)
3. If you don't have a friend with enough band or a copy of the disc
We will encourage you to make copies for your friends and distribute it online in a free way. We will never ask for money beyond the costs of the discs and the shipping.

I have a couple of things to say:
- Thanks to our friend Alvaro Farfan, from Chile, for sending us the link for the playlist in HD. This will be useful for everyone who desires to watch the entire concert on Youtube, like me. ;)
- Camila told us that the description for Discipline is wrong. The file is correct, so you can download it for sure.
- I'm sorry for the ones who are waiting for Letting Us on Vimeo. I was traveling for the last three days and didn't have time to upload the video yet. I'll do it as soon as possible (which means today, but later).
- If you are working on your own video project, let us know. We are working on a link section with pages for other projects. It would be great to see a chain of videomakers who are working on Lights in the Sky footage. Do you have a project with a name, a logo, maybe cover art? Send all the info to us and we will link it on our page.

Running against time, anxious to see everything ready, time is cruel and walks slowly, second by second, minute by minute.
March of the Pigs hits Youtube. We took a little more time on this edition because, well... it's March of the Pigs, damned! A classic! We don't want to screw it up with a crappy edition. So, after watching every camera 1,000,000 times to decide which one to use in every frame, here it is: March of the Pigs! Hit your forehead against the wall to see a pretty pattern of blood because this song deserves it!
For the ones who want to see everything in fullscreen, we have put for download the songs 1,000,000 and Letting You, as we promised.

We've decided to create an Youtube channel because Vimeo doesn't let us upload more than one HD video per week. So earlier this morning we've put the 999,999 / 1,000,000 video over there too.
We also did some little changes on the layout, making it even more exclusive to the project. Now there is space for the links for all the videos. As soon as the videos are being posted online, the spaces will be filled with the links for Vimeo and Youtube.

We are working on a few changes in our website, to be sure that everything will be ready when the videos begin to pop up.
You may see some duplicated (or triplicated, or even more) entries on the feed, but it's just a few changes and bug corrections in our system.

We are proud to announce the "What You've Become" video project.
This project is our point of view of the Sacramento footage, which was "leaked" by a group of "subversives". :)
As soon as we finish the tracks, all of them will be published on our Vimeo account, with the possibility of downloading the source video, in HD.
Later we will release a DVD/Blu-Ray image with the entire concert, menus and extra contents.
If you don't have broadband or don't want to download that amount of files, we will make copies of the on DVD-R and Blu-Ray-R to send by mail, charging only the value of the disc and the shipping.

Hi guys!
Long time! More than I've planned. I just got two new videos online, the next one will be online in a few hours.
Before anything else, I must write this: DAMN! YOU GUYS ARE FAST! :D
I left my computer uploading the videos and, when I came back, 2 comments and 17 views were showing @ the page. YOU WATCHED THE BIG COME DOWN BEFORE ME!!!! THAT'S GREAT!!!!! (I'm really happy, you can't imagine that!).
Seriously. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. I had no time in the past months for editing 1 min. at least of the Sacramento footage. I did it last week but Compressor and Final Cut decided to break my heart and stop encoding it right. After several fights with wins and loses on both sides, I finally won two consecutive rounds and unplugged their controller, so they couldn't press continue and I won the final fight.
The Big Come Down and Ghosts 31 are already online. By this time, Ghosts 31 is still being encoded in HD by Youtube (as many of you ask when a new video goes online) and will be fully available in a few minutes.
Well... Now I need to re-encode Only, work a little bit more in new vids and prepare the website to be relauched. Oi?
